Privacy notice

This website is informational. It has no accounts, analytics or advertising, and the only information it collects is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email.
What this site collects
The site does not set cookies and does not run analytics or tracking scripts. The web host that serves these pages keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Those logs are used only to keep the site running and secure, including a limit on how many messages one connection can send in a short time.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash. When your browser requests those files, your IP address and browser details are sent to those providers under their own privacy policies.
The contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, the name, organisation, email address and message you enter are delivered to isaac@tibiservices.com as an email. Delivery is handled by Resend, an email service provider, under its own privacy policy. We keep your message and our reply so that we can respond to you and keep a record of the conversation, and we use what you send only for that purpose. The form asks for your agreement to this before it will send.
Correspondence
If you write to isaac@tibiservices.com directly, the same applies. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, share their details with third parties, or use them for marketing.
Client information
Information shared with the firm during an engagement is covered by the confidentiality terms of that engagement and by the commitments described on the About page. It is not used on this website.
Your rights
TIBI Services is based in Ontario, Canada, and handles personal information in line with Canadian federal and provincial privacy law. You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the email address above. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this notice changes, the updated version will be published here with a new date.
